Proposal for Facility Use Permit:

FOREVER Campaign for Global Humanitarian Relief

October 7 and 8, 2010

Online Detailed Presentation:

By this proposal, A Better Community For All (ABC4All) invites Westminster Presbyterian Church (WPC) to join The FOREVER Campaign for Global Humanitarian Relief (FCGHR). The kickoff will be a 24-hour “live stream” webcast via WPC's donated technology-dedicated rooms, offering opportunities for local volunteers and encouraging participation from anywhere in the world via cell phone, Internet, telephone, Skype, Yahoo Messenger and GTalk.

Start with INTENTION MEDITATION for any purpose, but in this instance we are setting the tone for tackling the most serious issues facing the world, lack of adequate WATER, FOOD and SHELTER (2 billion people), while stimulating a sense HOPE for everyone including, in the longer term, anyone alive bombarded by existing environmental contaminant but who will be receptive to learning about ABC4All WorldSolutionsTM. Virtual candles, which burn for 48 hours can be lit on the web: http://abc4all.net/im.htm. Candles can be relit: http://abc4all.net/lightacandle.htm.

The kickoff campaign of the FCGHR will focus on raising awareness right now of the dire needs in Haiti and Pakistan (other such needs in the future) and soliciting contributions, so that ABC4All can send its Plasma Activated Water (PAW) technology to these countries and other places in need.

A team of Russian physicist/engineers discovered in their physics laboratory a non-thermal process utilizing a proprietary set of plasma gases that could be integrated into a reactor through which any source of water could pass with resulting properties of water that made it possible to create myriad uses and applications for the treated water. The many Uses of Plasma Activated Water were summarized in a thesis written as part of the requirements for a B.A. degree in Psychobiological Medicine at University of California, Santa Cruz, by Joshua Leibow: “Water Treatment For The Not So Distant Future.”

The "Global Impact of Plasma Activated Water" together with "The Uses of PAW" indicate what ABC4All Global Humanitarian Relief portends for the world regardless of human consumption. It is “What The World Needs Now." Adding ability of humans and animals to consume PAW-treated water, and we have a true blessing for the world.

A new kind of very healthy water, discovered in a physics laboratory in Southern California.

2.5 pH is used for disinfection/ sterilization purposes (kills anthrax in 30 seconds).

9.5 pH is for human consumption and has been very helpful in Improving Health Maintenance (IHM).

11.0 pH is used by health professionals in small quantities with their patients/clients.

In keeping with a philosophy of providing support for non-profits and NGO’s (with more support coming), viable organizations will be invited to appear on the webcast. The Foundation For A Better Community For All (FABC) will empower all nonprofits/NGOs across the world to engage in the cooperative venture to bring advanced technologies to the world such as Plasma Activated Water (PAW).

Throughout the preparation and production of the kickoff, ABC4All will involve the Westminster congregation and the community at large. Westminster will be added to a growing, carefully selected group of inspiring bodies becoming “Kernels of Hope.”

What the world needs is a group of people in a local community who will, together, tackle a need whether local, national or global. Such "GHR KERNELS OF HOPE" are needed from every corner of the world, a phenomenon that can happen when the pending FCGHR launches with a 24-hour kickoff in all time zones in the world. Our interactions with those who do call in can include answers to the question, "What would make your personal community better for all?"

In recent months, ABC4All has been working with such local "Kernels of Hope," including Make A Better World Foundation (MABWF), United Nations Association, Pasadena Chapter (UNAP) and Rose Breast Cancer Society, already shared on the Internet.

Los Angeles Dorsey High School will be enlisted as a dynamic resource for the FCGHR. Students can benefit from an up close and hands on involvement. As well, students can participate during the webcast by presenting a brief research piece on Haiti and Pakistan.

Los Angeles Dorsey High School, with its Small Learning Community, Recreation Education and Careers in Health (R.E.A.C.H.) can participate in cooperation with the Westminster Presbyterian Church. Together both can help us launch the FCGHR. By doing so, it is envisioned that the cooperating parties become another inspiring "Kernel of Hope."

WPC offers outstanding technological capability for the Information Age via Volunteer Dennis Matthews' extensive contributions of time and equipment. Dorsey's R.E.A.C.H. already has a focus on careers in Health, and given the extraordinary observations already made how PAW treated water encourages Improving Health Maintenance (IHM), there can be a vital educational "live" experience for students involved. The students, then, can become experts in a simple way to improve one's health and then who will be able disseminate the vital information they learn to other students, teachers and administrators at Dorsey and beyond.

Such a Kernel of Hope can serve as a model for the world. Examples have already been demonstrated by ABC4All Mentors in Burundi, Cameroon, Canada, Ghana, India, Kenya, Liberia, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Somaliland, Uganda and other areas of the world! One of the earliest outstanding examples occurred when Somaliland created "Local ABC4All Community Empowerment Day," the result of which was 22 educational scholarships for children that have been donated annually since. Another important example is the representation of ABC4All at The President's Forum with Young African Leaders held recently in Washington, DC by Adewole Taiwo, Local ABC4All / Nigeria Co-Founder. It was just learned that now Mr. Adewole has been named as another honoree: He states, "I just received a call from the US this evening for another nomination as one of the top 40 under 40 for 2010, find attached the nomination letter." The letter states, "On behalf of The Network Journal (TNJ), I would like to congratulate you on your selection as one of our TNJ Africa 40 Under Forty”honorees for 2010. Winners of this prestigious award are chosen from nominations received by the 40 Under Forty Editorial Review Board. You have been selected for your outstanding achievement, leadership, contribution to and influence in your field, along with your service to the African community. Your recognition will be celebrated at TNJ’s AfricaInaugural 40 Under Forty Achievement Awards event, to be held on Saturday, November 6, 2010,at La Palm Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana."

We, therefore, request the cooperation of Mr. David and Dr. Jerelene Wells, who can become FCGHR Kickoff Patrons as Members of, and on behalf of, Westminster Presbyterian Church of Los Angeles, facilitating this Kernel of Hope which is added to other local efforts noted above.

It is, therefore, proposed that a no-cost "PAW Station" be set up for use of all members of the Westminster Presbyterian Church and for those youth from Dorsey High School who will become volunteers with this cooperative effort and Kernel of Hope. As possible, the youth can also educate their fellow students, teachers and administrators about this unique opportunity. PAW treated water can also enhance the growth of plants, fruits and vegetables, in any local garden project. By stationing a never-ending supply of plasma activated water source via a typical office water dispenser at Westminster Presbyterian Church, ABC4All pledges to make this blessing available until it becomes possible to install an actual reactor for the Church's entire water supply.

Respectfully submitted,

Burton Danet, Ph.D. and Robert Chew

Co-Founders, ABC4All Portal4Relief

Acknowledgement: The Kickoff is benefiting from the technologies installed at the WPC by Dennis Matthews. Dennis has been facilitating many referrals to ABC4All which are reflected in the ability and resources necessary to create this proposal, and we are therefore greatly appreciative of Dennis' support and immeasurable contributions to the FCGHR. Additionally, all who contribute to FCGHR in myriad ways are gratefully acknowledged as well for such outstanding support.
